Dirwin and Klaudija Norman are geoscaping engineers appointed by the Argon Federation to assist terraforming Desolum IV, a newly discovered moon. Shortly upon relocating to this world with their young daughter Siobhan, they realize that rasing a child in frontier conditions like that can be quite a bit of a challenge... albeit for different reasons than one would think.
